We provide event planning and production services. Any proposal, scope, timeline, and pricing will be specified in a written agreement or order form. In case of conflict, such agreement prevails over these Terms.
3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed upon signed agreement and initial payment.
- Payment schedules and methods are set out in the proposal or invoice.
- Cancellations and rescheduling may incur fees to cover committed costs.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely approvals, access to venues, and required permits.
- Ensure compliance with venue rules, safety, and local regulations.
- Designate a single point of contact empowered to make decisions on-site.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, creative materials, stage designs, and audiovisual assets produced by us remain our intellectual property. Client is granted a limited license for the agreed purpose.
6. Liability and Insurance
We carry standard business insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant services.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, power failures, or government actions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be the courts located in Riverside County, CA.
